The Ouray Via Ferrata is currently under construction and slated to be open for public access in June of 2020. Our non-profit organization, Friends of Ouray Via Ferrata, was formed to fund and manage the construction. Through the generous contributions of local businesses, individuals and outdoor industry companies, the organization has raised approximately $200,000 dollars, or 80% of it’s capital goal.
